What if my order get damaged in shipping?
First and foremost, we sincerely apologize that your item arrived damaged in transit. Even though we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your product, unfortunately, occasional incidents of glass breakage may occur during shipping. Please rest assured, resolving this issue is a straightforward process. Kindly take a moment to capture a photo of the damaged item and forward it to us at hello@rockymountainwaxory.com within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Along with the image, kindly provide us with your name for identification purposes. Once we receive the necessary information, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you or promptly issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Candle Care:
To ensure a clean and steady burn, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting your candle each time. Allow the candle to burn all the way to the edges during the initial use to prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn. Make sure the candle stays clean by removing things like matches and bits of wick. For optimal burning experience, place the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface and never burn it for more than 4 hours at a time. As an essential safety measure, always keep the candle within sight and out of the reach of children and pets. Enjoy the soothing glow of our candles knowing that your well-being is our top priority.
